1. Which Trains Go from Yogyakarta to Semarang?
When traveling by railway from Yogyakarta to Semarang, you have two main options depending on whether you prefer a direct journey or a transit route:
Option A: The Direct Train (Joglosemarkerto) The Joglosemarkerto is the primary, dedicated train for this route that requires no transit. It travels directly from Yogyakarta, passing through Solo, and arriving in Semarang. It offers two classes:
